Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: International shipping. We export our products using Amazon. To order from Amazon, use these links:
Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your country for a DISCOUNT to offset Amazon's shipping fee. We'll send you a code to enter at Amazon's checkout.
Q: Do you have a warranty?
A: We stand by our products, and our lifetime warranty is as ironclad as they are. If the product you receive is defective in any way at any time, send us an email at email@example.com with a photo of the issue and a quick description. We'll provide an address you can return the item to and we'll send a replacement out immediately.
Q: Are your products water-proof?
A: Our products are water-resistant, but not water-proof. We add a DWR polyurethane coating to the back of the nylon to keep water out, but if you were to submerge our bags, water would get in eventually.
Q: Is this a veteran-owned business?
A: It sure is. Our founder served for six years on active duty in the US Army, mostly with the 10th Mountain Division, and deployed twice to Iraq.

A: Our products are designed in the US and assembled in Vietnam.
