Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: For domestic shipping, it usually takes 1-3 business days to ship and most customers receive their orders in a week. If you have any questions about your specific order, feel free to shoot us an email: email@example.com
Q: Do you have a warranty?
A. We stand by our products, and our lifetime warranty is as ironclad as they are. If the product you receive has a manufacturer defect, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the issue and a quick description. We'll provide an address you can return the item to and we'll send a replacement or refund out immediately. Sometimes products get worn out or damaged through neglect and the warranty cannot cover those situations. When in doubt, send us a message. We'll work with you to make it right.
Q: Are your products water-proof?
A: Our products are water-resistant, but not water-proof. We add a DWR polyurethane coating to the back of the nylon to keep water out, but if you were to submerge our bags, water would get in eventually.
Q: Is this a veteran-owned business?
A: It sure is. Our founder served for six years on active duty in the US Army, mostly with the 10th Mountain Division, and deployed twice to Iraq.
